This we gonna make:
Materials:
Tubes, animation, brushes.
Download  HERE the materials.
 
Let's get started:
You can Drag & Drop the below hand for a easy use of this tutorial.

1. Open new transparant image of 600x450 pixels.
2. Set foregroundcolor on #6b3a20 & backgroundcolor on #89593d
3. Floodfill with foregroundcolor.
4. Layers -> New Rasterlayer.
5. Floodfill with backgroundcolor.
6. Layers -> Load/Save Mask -> Load Mask from disk.... Search for mask 193MaskkelsWWA.
With the following settings:
7. Layers -> Merge-> Merge Group.
8. Change opacity to 80
9. Layers -> New Rasterlayer
10. Select brushtool and open brush 11Touchstone 009
11. Stamp the brush 2x in the left topcorner. See example:
12. Select brushtool and open brush 11Touchstone 008.
13. Stamp the brush 2x in the top middle. See example:
14. Select brushtool and open brush 11Touchstone 011.
15. Stamp the brush 2x in the right bottomcorner. See example:
16. Open image hjr_misted_woman_crying_small. Edit -> Copy.
17. Back to your work. Edit -> Paste as new layer.
18. Move image to the left. (see example).
19. Change blendmode to Luminance (O)
20. Open image hjr_broken_heart. Edit -> Copy.
21. Back to your work. Edit -> Paste as new layer.
22. Move image to the right top corner. See example:
23. Change opacity to 48 and blendmode to Luminance (O)
24. Open image man12. Edit -> Copy.
25. Back to your work. Edit -> Paste as new layer.
26. Move image to the right. See example:
27. Change opacity to 38 and Blendmode to Luminance (O)
28. Open image hjr_broken_text1. Edit -> Copy.
29. Back to your work. Edit -> Paste as new layer.
30. Move image to the left bottomcorner. See example:
31. Layers -> New Rasterlayer.
32. Selections -> Select All
33. Selections -> Modify -> Contract 4
34. Floodfill selection with color black or dark brown.
35. Selections -> Modify -> Contract 4
36. Click on the 'DELETE'buttom of your keyboard.
37. Selections -> Select None.
38. Open image text2. Edit -> Copy.
39. Back to your work. Edit -> Paste as new layer.
40. Move image top the right top. See example.
41. Change opacity to 42 and Blendmode to Soft Light.
42. Layers -> Merge -> Merge all flatten.
43. Save your work as .JPG file.
Now we gonna put some animated tears in our work:
44. Open AnimationShop.
45. File -> Open (Search for the animationfile tranen)
You can see the animation has 8 frames
46. Activate the first frame.
47. Edit -> Select All.
48. File -> Open (Search for your workfile)
49. Edit -> Duplicate Selection. Repeat this as many times you need to get 8 or more frames.
When you have more than 8 frames, then erase some till you have 8 frames left.
50. Select the first frame. Edit -> Select All.
51. Now we gonna move the tears (tranen) to our work.
Drag from the first frame the tears to the first frame of your work while you keep the left mousebutton pushed.
Move it to the right place and then let go your left mouse button. See Example:
53. Animation -> Properties of frame... Set value to 30.
54. Select the last frame and change the value to 100
55. You can view with  how your animation looks like.
56. Save your work. File -> Save as..... (save as .gif file)
